The voice doesn't play the first time
Close DREAMaBOX Chat and open it again. The voice starts normally on the second launch.
The download stops or looks frozen
Click Pause, then Resume. If your internet dropped, the download continues from where it stopped. It does not start over.
Windows shows “Windows protected your PC”
This appears because DREAMaBOX Chat is very new and is still waiting to receive its security certificate. Click More info, then Run anyway. Your browser may also say the file is not commonly downloaded. Choose to keep it.
The install says there isn't enough space
DREAMaBOX Chat takes about 12 GB once installed. The installer needs a little extra room while it works. Choose another drive on the install location screen.
A character needs a voice
If DREAMaBOX Chat asks you to select a voice: click MANAGE CHARACTER, find Voice, use the arrows to pick a category, choose a voice from the list, then click SAVE AND CLOSE.
How do I uninstall it?
Open Windows Settings, then Apps. Click DREAMaBOX CHAT, then Uninstall. Your characters and conversations are kept unless you tick the box to delete them.
